Self taught artist, Ed Soucy, has been working with wood for over forty years. He designs and creates functional art, and his specialty is one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture.

Ed prefers to use wood in it’s natural state, free of stains or colorings, and instead chooses different types of wood to accent each other in color and texture… this allows the true beauty of the wood to come through.

Ed has been designing and creating custom furniture for people for over 30 years. Whether it’s a corner entertainment center, a specialized coffee table, or a ten piece home office, Ed is happy to work with you to help create a piece of furniture to fit your needs.

Maybe it’s because Ed lives on Cape Ann, site of the oldest working artist colony, Rocky Neck, or maybe it’s because of the artists’ understanding of balance and feng-shui in the home, no ones’ really sure… but Ed is also a fully licensed contractor and would be happy to discuss your need for a kitchen or bath remodel… or maybe an addition… perhaps that new deck….the possibilities are endless!
